Woke up at 7am today to prepare my self for Mount Kina Kina. Reached Batu Caves in less than 5 minutes. It was so merry.
Started climbing Batu Caves. In 30 minutes time, we went up and down three times.
Legs condition: weak and wobbly. But i am glad besides that, it is ok. No muscle pain.
Monday after class do again.
Objective: Prepare for Mt Kina Kina on March. Increase stamina.
Short term goal: In 2 weeks time, can climb Batu Caves 6 times.
Comments: So hard to sweat. My dada’s shirt wet, but i could only release vapour. Had XO Lor Meen after the training. I feel so healthy.
From now on, I don’t care. It is so good! Hahahaha! Going to prepare myself for some up coming challenges which does not include my studies and it just make me so alive!
Today during training, the korean guy brought in another korean guy and a malaysian who looked like a korean and they are big sized people. Dee and me were the only girl. Feel so… outcasted but luckily Jeff and Chua were there if not dee and me could have been found crying at the corner of the room.
Anyway training today was a little bit extreme but not extreme as the first. Did some sparring techniques and Jeff wanted to test our basics and he said our basics are there and from next week, we are going to work on more tougher things. So excited!
But actually i didn’t sweat also. It should have been tougher. sigh.
Chua and us are a bit fed up already of the waiting, so we plan to take things into our hand since not many turn up also, so might as well do it OUR way.
