Two weeks ago, I joined my college tae kwon do club. It has always been my dream to learn again. So fun and keeps me alert. Last Thursday was our first lesson. The president, Chua.. , made us do all kind of squats and warm ups. And pumping. I knock my head on the floor. Then when the instructor came, he made us did more squats and all kind of kicks like double turning kick, 360 turning kick and all the tough tough one. It was like we started at the place where we stopped. Not like we stop for one year, but 6 years you know! sigh. Chua made dee and me carry one another to do squats! I don’t remember doing that last time!
All that training really gave an impact because now i cannot walk. Not really cannot walk, but i have to walk like a crab now. you know, walk side ways because the front muscles of my legs are really sore now. But i know this is good training for my Mount Kinabalu climb next year! woo hoo!!! yes yes!!!
I have a feeling that i might just forget about bowling and move to another sport because i am bored of bowling. I used to train once a week, now i train once in 3 weeks or more than that.
College is starting soon. I am so not looking forward to it, i just dread how i struggle in what i learn. I just hope i can pull my self together again for my second term exams.
