This is a Chinese dish Chinese eat during the Chinese New Year. It is called Yee Sang but the correct pronunciation is yue sang. Anyway it is a very nutritional dish because it has pickled things and lots of chopped carrots,radish and some other mysterious things with some crackers. Besides that it is good for pregnant ladies. Why do i say so? Yee sang ma, which means easy to give birth to the baby. Because it has alot of vegetables in it, so there will be alot of indigest cellulose in their body. So its like lubricant, baby easy slide out from the womb!! hahaha, don’t you agree? Although it is not scientifically proven, if you believe it then it will happen. you know, ‘ miracles do happen!!’ yeah, i now some of you people will say the cellulose won’t go to the womb, but who knows? have you seen it before? no right? when we eat food, it will go straight to our bottom in a straight line. So of course it will pass through the womb. So i guess this is the secret to success in giving birth to a child hahahaha!!
when i was little not too long ago, my family and i used to go to restaurants during our weekends. so we will order all kinds of food. some times we would order prawns. when they serve the prawns, my sis and i and my brother usually won’t touch it. we like prawns especially me and sis but because eating prawns without using the hand was a hard thing to do.we prefer not to touch our food with our hands when we go out. so my pa and ma would take the prawns, split the shell and the flesh and put them nicely on our plate.then my pa will say, " first, suck the shell, got gravy there, very nice, then only eat the flesh." hahaha isn’t that sweet. i mean being treated nicely by our parents. now i am a big girl already, must peel the prawns my own self, but sometimes when the crab shell is too hard to be opened, my dad will come to the rescue all though i am a big already. meanwhile my mom will bang the crab with the hammer, " you bad little crab, make my princesses so unhappy, open up!! open up!!" hahaha i was just kidding but something like that will happen. time pass so fast, very soon i will be in my twenties, teenangel no more. i didn’t really did much things teenagers usually do so i didn’t really feel like a teenager. kind of scared to be a big girl or should i say an adult or even nicer- a lady- hah!
i bought this little cute thing when i was standard four. i saw it in sungei wang.after a week i told my parents that i want it because i want it hahaha.so we bought it by giving the man rm10. at first it has its mouth like other doraemons, but because it always rub its mouth againts my cheek, the rubber mouth faded. but until now, its face is very soft. although it is cheap, it has a sentimental value to me. it should be 8 years old by now, but monmon is still going to his kindergarten school. monmon is a very lovable thing. monmon is a male but he act like a female kitten. he is very naughty. just look at these pictures, you can see he is very cheeky.monmon call me by muimui and calls dee by jiejie and calls my dad by uncle pityum and my mom by mami and my brother by korkor aaron. monmon likes to climb mountains and hills ( actually my knee when i bend it, its like a mountain to him). he doesn’t eat but he sucks air to keep him full.he can’t really bath because his skin ( fabric ) will tear. so he will go soaking in soap water. but that doesn’t happen often. once in a blue moon. when some bad guy capture or kidnap mon mon from him i can usually find him hanging out side with his skin bright blue but not dark blue.that is not all about monmon but that is all i am going to write here about monmon. may my monmon be blessed and may he have a long and happy life.love you.
